Description

DPMI function AX = 0x0400

Fills in version information. The flags are as follows:

---- ---X = 0=16-bit host 1=32-bit host ---- --X- = 0=V86 used for reflected ints, 1=real mode ---- -X-- = 0=no virtual memory, 1=virtual memory supported

The cpu is 2=80286, 3=80386, 4=80486, etc.

DPMI 0.9 returns major=0 and minor=0x5a.
