sprintf

Syntax

#include <stdio.h> int sprintf(char *buffer, const char *format, ...);

Description

Sends formatted output from the arguments (...) to the buffer. See section printf.

To avoid buffer overruns, it is safer to use snprintf() (see section snprintf).

Return Value

The number of characters written.
